The Practice of making a Person, Persons, or the culture of an institution resistant or impervious to bullying because of the systems (psychological, mental, cultural) that are in place. 1) A Bully-Proof person has the necessary skills to identify, and discourage those who might try to bully that person. 2) A Bully-Proof Institution has the necessary infrastructure, to identify, discourage, and weed out, people displaying any behaviour that might be considered, bullying.
